A Michigan-based organization seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive commissary services and inmate banking software. The selected solution must allow for the efficient filling of commissary orders according to organizational requirements, and must include all necessary staff training at no additional cost.
The software must maintain a complete audit trail for all transactions, including voids and alterations, support invoicing of receivables, and track daily inmate housing fees. It should enable staff to flag accounts and set limits on weekly inmate purchases. Full integration with current booking software and ICSolutions kiosks and tablets is required, with proposals including all integration costs.
