(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial vehicle management system. • Provide AVI software for the management, reporting, billing, and monitoring of the AVI system. • Installation and configuration of Commercial Vehicle Management System software in the City’s designated environment, including Cloud (SAAS) based infrastructure. If SAAS based infrastructure is not an option, the servers must have the ability to be virtualized. • Integration of software with third party systems and tools, such as financial modules; RFID readers; License Plate Recognition (LPR) systems; geofencing and other tracking technologies. • Configuration of system settings to align with the City’s operational needs, including user roles, permissions, and reporting structures. • Addition of the City as a new tenant in hosted system and provide interface information to designated transportation network companies. • Provide RF antennas for AVI transponder tracking, which will include antennas, readers, controllers, communication modules, and fiber modules for connection to the fiber optic cables. All infrastructure must meet the City’s IT standards for installation. • Provide a minimum of two (2) interface modules for taxi queuing display boards. Installation of flat screen monitors. • Assist with final system deployment and ensure a smooth transition to live operations, • Monitor and document system performance during the initial rollout phase to resolve issues proactively. • Provide ongoing maintenance and extended support of post–implementation support, including troubleshooting and minor adjustments as needed.
