The scope includes the production of custom printed materials such as promotional products, newsletters, booklets, and posters, as well as related marketing services tailored to the agency’s needs.

Additional responsibilities include creative and graphic design services, management of social media and digital marketing campaigns, and overseeing automated marketing initiatives. The selected vendor will also manage mailing lists, maintain a repository for graphic, logo, image, and copy assets, and provide real-time online reporting and regular reports. Capabilities in both complex and simple variable data printing are required, alongside digital imaging services.

The agreement prohibits the use of the authority’s name, logos, marks, images, data, or agreement results in any commercial advertising. Interested vendors must address all submission questions by February 4, 2026.
