The contracting entity is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive commercial print production services over a five-year period. Required services include printing, publishing, design, and bulk mailing, alongside extensive production support such as assembly, pagination, copyfitting, cropping, desktop publishing, and a wide range of binding methods (spiral, comb, wire, saddle stitch, perfect and case binding, as well as glued notepads).

Additional service requirements cover the creation of carbonless and perforated forms, large-format image setting for banners, signage, and posters, CAD services, and specialty stamping (beveled emboss, die-cutting, foil stamping). High-quality, cost-effective, and timely production of print materials is essential, with the exclusion of apparel and promotional items. Mailing services are also included in the scope.
