The City is seeking a professional agency to provide comprehensive support for commercial naming rights and sponsorship sales across various municipal assets, programs, and facilities. The selected agency will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate sponsorship and advertising sales, including prospecting potential sponsors, negotiating agreements, and ensuring fulfillment planning and ongoing support for advertising spaces.

The agency will be expected to leverage both physical and digital media assets and create sales resources such as pitch decks, sales sheets, visual mock-ups, and digital presentations. Additionally, the agency will be tasked with developing a documented outreach plan detailing channels, touchpoints, messaging strategies, and timelines.
