Vendor needs to provide commercial mass text messaging subscription service. The Contractor shall provide non‑personal services for a high‑volume messaging platform, including 600,000 annual credits, delivered on Day 1; 600k annual credits; Unlimited list growth tools; Full platform access, 1 Admin User; 1 High–Volume, High–Speed Registered Number; Dedicated Onboarding Specialist; Dedicated Account Manager. The service shall include dedicated onboarding assistance and an assigned account manager for the duration of the contract. The platform must guarantee a service uptime of 99.5% and provide customer support with a response time of no more than four (4) business hours for all inquiries. The contractor will ensure message delivery rates are consistent with industry standards for highvolume, registered numbers.
