(1) Vendor needs to provide commencement venue, facilities, and event services.– provide facilities, staffing, security coordination, technical services, and related event support for the College’s Spring 2026 Commencement ceremonies.– venue shall support multiple commencement ceremonies over two days in a safe, accessible, and professionally managed environment.– A primary indoor arena suitable for commencement ceremonies.– Adequate seating for graduates, guests, faculty, platform party, and staff.– Climate–controlled, ADA–compliant facilities.– Graduate check–in and assembly.– Platform party assembly and meals.– Volunteer check–in, training, and meals.– Press or media operations.– Storage and staging.– Sufficient restroom facilities for large–scale events.– All food and beverage services for staff, volunteers, and platform party shall be provided through the venue’s approved catering provider.– Parking pricing structure.– Multiple ceremonies with adequate buffer time between events.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 3, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
