(1) Vendor needs to provide commencement production services.– Produce spring and fall commencement ceremonies.– Includes video, lighting, and audio services as needed for professional and first–class ceremonies.– Media will schedule YouTube streaming and provide production provider streaming code access.– Handle all floor seating for graduates and special guests.– Video playback two machines primary and backup.– Streaming encoder to university YouTube, media provides streaming keys.– HDMI computer monitors for local HDMI vendor testing connection and PGM return for name–calling software stage left.– Production manager throughout client committee planning meetings.– Hosts ceremonies with 100 to 600 graduates and 1,000 to 6,000 guests.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 8, 2025.(3) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on December 11, 2025.(4) The contract period will be for four years.
