The selected vendor will provide comprehensive commencement audio visual production services for a graduation event. Video services include supplying one wireless camera with 4K high definition and zoom lenses, stationed at the Memorial Campanile, operated by an experienced camera operator. The camera feed must transmit wirelessly to the Rock Chalk Video control room inside Memorial Stadium, with a confidence monitor in place on stage for the event.

Audio support is also required, including a full PA system sufficient for Allen Fieldhouse, all necessary sound support, and an adequate number and quality of microphones and lavalieres for ceremony speakers. The vendor will be responsible for production management, including providing audio engineers, a stage A/V technician, and full staffing to manage setup, event operation, and teardown. An onsite production manager will act as the primary point of contact throughout the event lifecycle.

The contract will cover a one-year period. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than March 11, 2026.
