(1) Vendor needs to provide combat cancer prevention and screening service. • Prepare and submit a Campaign Plan for development and distribution of general cancer–specific awareness messaging designed to reach rural Iowans with evidence–based content on health and lifestyle factors that may decrease personal risks for the development of lung cancer, colorectal cancer, and skin cancer. • Campaign Plan shall address obesity, physical inactivity, poor diet and alcohol consumption. • Disseminate messaging through a broad array of collaborative partnerships and media approaches. • Prepare and submit an Awareness Messaging Campaign Placement Report that defines the purchase and placement of planned media. • Activity–specific Outreach – Lung Cancer: Develop materials, including small media and traditional media sources. • Perform outreach to homeowners including instructions on how to register with the Contractor as an approved homeowner (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025
