Vendor needs to provide collision avoidance system to the government authority located in city. – The collision avoidance system should provide management utility for reviewing collision alerts, system status, analytics, logs and any other pertinent information required to operate a collision avoidance system. – The collision avoidance management utility should integrate with technology including, but not limited to M365, Networks, Security Systems, ArcGIS and GPS. – Integrate with SDMTS owned Microsoft Power BI and SQL Server Reporting environments. – Integrates with or includes web–based business analytics and visualization tools that deliver dynamic reports and real–time dashboards of data. – Installation of a collision avoidance system to be installed on one 60–foot New Flyer XN60 model year 2021 articulated bus. – System should integrate with standard ArcGIS, Esri systems and GPS data. – Cloud services will utilize a high availability service like Azure, GCP or AWS. – Provide software and a cloud–based solution to access and evaluate reported data. – The collision avoidance system management utility should be cloud–based. – Ability to limit false alerts and only activate when a real threat and hazard exists. – Ability to track and report key data from alerts. – Ability to detect and alert for improper following distance. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
