The state of Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive college and career readiness platform to support K-12 students, staff, and families. The platform should facilitate academic planning, career exploration, postsecondary preparation, and life readiness for students throughout their K-12 journey.
Key features must include career exploration tools leveraging students' interests and aptitudes, integrated college search and comparison functionalities, and support for college application processes compatible with third-party systems such as the Common Application. The platform should offer academic planning tools, such as Individual Graduation Plan or Individual Career and Academic Plan functions, and the ability to track student progress in real time. Additional capabilities include goal setting, resume and portfolio building, digital badging, parent and community partner access, age-appropriate scalability for K-12, NCAA eligibility tracking, scholarship alignment, FAFSA assistance, and alumni tracking with outcome analytics.
Further requirements involve centralized transcript requests and submissions, community service and volunteer hour tracking, customizable survey tools for stakeholders, compatibility with mobile and desktop devices, and support for data rostering and synchronization (preferably nightly). The platform must also provide robust, customizable analytics and reporting dashboards for school and district leaders.
