(1) Vendor needs to provide college and career readiness platform.– The selected platform must be a dynamic, student–cantered solution, that provides age–appropriate curriculum, robust planning tools, and reporting features to ensure all approximately 17,000 students (K–12 and Virtual Campus).– Provide a single, unified platform for all students in Grades K–12.– Comprehensive, visually engaging profiles for hundreds of careers, colleges, majors, and military options, including real–world interviews, labour market data, and earning potential.– Must support automated prerequisite validation and graduation tracking.– A personalized, shareable digital portfolio that serves as a central hub for students to collect and store artifacts (e.g., research reports, reflections, service–learning documentation).– Full accessibility compliance (e.g., WCAG 2.0 AA or higher) and multilingual support, including professional translation for Spanish, and/or AI translation for up to 130+ languages, addressing the needs of 17.6% English Language Learners.– Student Information System (SIS) for automated student account provisioning (Single Sign–On – SSO) and data synchronization (e.g., EdFi certification).(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 26, 2026.
