A government authority in Texas is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive code department plan review and inspection services in support of airport facilities. The selected firm will offer engineering, architectural design, and design management services as part of the airport’s infrastructure capital program, under the Design, Code and Construction (DCC) facilities initiative.
Key responsibilities include oversight of new construction for retail, commercial, and support facilities, as well as the rehabilitation of existing structures. Additional services include space planning, interior design, and support for commercial development engineering and design needs. The successful firm must assemble a multidisciplinary team, including any specialized subconsultants necessary to address the requirements of both new construction and renovation projects.
The contract for these services will cover a period of three years.
