(1) Vendor needs to provide code department plan review and inspections service to the government authority located in Texas. – Providing engineering, architectural design and design management in support of the airport’s infrastructure capital program and managed through the Design, Code and Construction (DCC) facilities program. – New retail, commercial and support facilities construction. – Retail, commercial and support facilities rehabilitation. – Space planning and interior design. – Support of commercial development engineering and design needs. – Include as part of its design team all disciplines necessary to support the required services, including specialized subconsultants as required for new and renovation and alteration projects. (2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 06, 2026.
