(1) Vendor needs to provide coastal engineering services to support for phase 2 of the city’s efforts to advance coastal resilience / adaptation planning involving the development of offshore multi–benefit sand retention features such as reefs and breakwaters as companion elements to comprehensive beach sand replenishment projects to the government authority located in San Clemente, CA. (2) All question must be submitted no later than January 26, 2026. (3) A contract period will be for one year.
