The selected vendor will provide comprehensive co-enrollment support services aimed at increasing student enrollment in co-enrollment programs for Fall 2026. This includes developing and executing outreach and engagement strategies that effectively convert prospective students, incomplete applicants, and admitted applicants into enrolled students.
The scope of work involves supporting and enhancing student outreach, communications related to enrollment, and engagement through approved digital and social media channels. All digital content must adhere to the agency's branding standards. The vendor will use data-informed and motivational digital advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and the Google Display Network to maximize engagement and drive conversions.
Throughout the enrollment cycle, the vendor will be responsible for engaging targeted students with tailored digital content and strategies designed to increase overall enrollment outcomes.
