A university in Wyoming is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a cloud-based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for its Housing and Dining operations. The solution will support maintenance management for facilities serving over 3,000 students, encompassing four residence halls, more than 675 apartments, and multiple dining venues.

The CMMS must offer comprehensive functionality, including work order request and tracking, automated routing of work orders to technicians based on location and skill set, preventive maintenance scheduling, and mobile access for field technicians. Additional requirements include cost tracking for labor and materials, robust reporting and analytics capabilities, and support for Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication—preferably using SAML and Shibboleth. Role-based security features are expected to ensure appropriate user access.

The selected CMMS will become the core system for managing maintenance activities, preventive schedules, and reporting needs for both housing and dining facilities. The contract will be for a period of one year.
