(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud or web–based case management system.– Replace the current Excel–based system for monitoring incident reports with an integrated solution– System will provide improved efficiency, progress monitoring, reporting and data tracking capabilities including access to information, accuracy of data and reporting, and support the mission of student data protection and compliance– Integration with existing systems and data migration from SharePoint and other current systems– Solution is browser–based (compatible with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and there is no client Flash or Java requirement(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on January 12, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 15, 2026.
