(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud migration and support system.– The Vendor will maintain and support the cloud environment configurations, network connections, and necessary upgrades to the cloud software dependencies for the duration of the contract.– The Vendor will assist the State in managing SAS license updates.– The Vendor will have proficiency in the software dependencies for in the cloud. These technologies include: Elastic Search, Kafka, Microsoft SQL Server, Docker, Kubernetes, Ingress Controller,FluentBit, Istio, Terraform, Rhapsody, and SAS. Profiency in Cert–Manager, Prometheus and Grafana would be helpful.– The Vendor must prepare and maintain documentation during the system migration process, which Vermont can use to train other staff on and decrease the knowledge gap around cloud hosting and maintenance. This will include items such as a knowledge base of technical specifications and solutions, system configurations, best practices, and lessons learned during the process.– The Vendor will create a procedure or system administration document for monitoring system up–time and data usage, as well as steps to adjust cloud resources to optimize costs.– The Vendor will advise on data flows, to assist with process creation, automation, and troubleshooting.(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 27, 2026.
