(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosting third party electronic service to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ. • Provide support that enables online delivery of government services, as well as improved processes in both in–office and back–office environments to provide better and faster customer experiences • Payment Gateway Solution • Call Center/Help Desk Support • e–Gov Administrative Services • Online customer identity authentication • Cloud computing services (hosting, processing, storage) • Solution must have built–in reporting capability and should be downloadable in common formats including, but not limited to, CSV/PDF/HTML • Solution should include a process for disputing customer–initiated chargebacks, and a timeframe for returning chargeback reversal funds shall be agreed upon between the department and the offeror • Web portal access of state users and motor vehicle insurance companies • Web services and book of business interfaces with insurance using standards
