A cloud–hosted system built on salesforce CRM to manage applications, approvals, and payments. The new solution must support similar functionality while improving reporting, customer and contractor access, and staff workflow. Electric utility delivers demand side management and distributed energy resource programs and is responsible for reviewing and tracking customer–owned solar, batteries, generators, and equipment connected to the city’s grid.
