A municipality in Washington is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-hosted, subscription-based (SaaS) stormwater asset management system. This solution must be accessible via standard web browsers and require no on-premises infrastructure. The system should fully support mobile and field-based data collection workflows, enabling teams to efficiently gather and manage asset information in real-time.
Key requirements include GIS/Esri-integrated tools for map-based asset inventory, inspections, and maintenance tracking. The platform must allow inspections, photographs, documents, and maintenance records to be directly associated with mapped assets. Data-driven prioritization tools are expected to streamline inspections, maintenance, and capital planning activities, ultimately reducing emergency failures and operating costs.
Scalability is essential, as the system should support the management of additional municipal asset classes, such as parks, roads, streetlights and traffic signals, facilities, signs, and urban forestry. The selected vendor will provide system hosting, regular updates, and ongoing support as part of the service. The project also includes migration of existing stormwater asset data from spreadsheets, GIS layers, and other digital formats, along with the configuration of dashboards, standard reports, and analytical tools to support program management and reporting.
