(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted oracle ERP, student information systems and enterprise IT consulting support services.– Provide full cycle oracle ERP release r12.2.10 and above and full cycle support for synergy student information systems version SMAX version: 2.8.5.003.– Provide support to the technology application's department business applications, student applications, data warehouse, and mobile applications, enterprise data systems and the integration with third party systems.– Provide technical and functional system support for the school district's Business, and Student applications Systems and Data warehouse.– All Systems in SIS and ERP are Business mission critical and are used in the same time zone.– Student Information Systems (SIS) uses cloud hosted synergy student information system.– These tools and environment applies to both Oracle EBS and SIS (student information systems):– Unix, Oracle, Apex, Forms, PL/Sql, Java, SIS Unix, PLSql,– Current Oracle EBS version 12.2.10– Current Oracle EBS Database version: 11.2.0.4– Oracle: Database 19c– Oracle Rest Data Service– Jave 8 and JDeveloper– Java Development Frameworks, such as Spring, Strut– Web services and API Development– Toad or SQL Developer(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 25, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 3, 2026.
