Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted museum collection management system. Integrated solution that serves the dual purpose of professional museum collections management for over 500,000 heritage assets across 122 collections, and compliance as an Accountable Property System. The approach should prioritize API–based data exchange using RESTful APIs. Future extensibility requirements include potential interconnection with Army 365 SharePoint Online. Provide comprehensive capabilities for: artifact cataloging; accessions and deaccessions; inventory management; object movement and location tracking conservation and preservation efforts; and the management of digital assets, archival materials, and exhibit support materials. The system must also include robust tools for reporting, analytics, and system administration. The system must be cloud–hosted in a Government Furnished Infrastructure (GFI) cloud environment. The system architecture must support extensibility to interconnect and exchange data with other Army enterprise systems.
