(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted medical educational software.– Evaluate, select, and implement a modern educational software platform (or suite of solutions) to replace outdated and fragmented systems currently used for student and resident evaluations, curriculum mapping, and registration.– Solution must be cloud–hosted.– Solution supports customizations, including custom fields, output formatting and workflows.– Support peer–to–peer evaluations for group and team–based learning contexts, with optional anonymity.– System must provide clear and accessible prompts, error messages, and confirmation of successful submissions for all user entry actions, including evaluations, assessments, and logbook entries.– Prompts and messages must be easy to understand, consistently displayed, and provide users with clear guidance to correct errors or confirm successful completion of a task.– Ability to create, customize, schedule, automate and autogenerate evaluation surveys for faculty members from an existing schedule that syncs with calendars and accurate faculty data.– Faculty dashboard or talent management system that captures faculty activities on education, research, and service to track performance and for promotion and tenure.– Tools to monitor and track individual student progress within courses, allowing faculty and administrators to identify areas of improvement.– System must manage student scheduling, transcripts, registration, and support data import and export.– Ability for students to update their own Demographic information like address and phone number.– Solution supports customizations, including custom fields, output formatting and workflows.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
