The selected vendor will provide a cloud-hosted library automation solution to support high quality implementation of reading access and achievement for students across more than 1,000 local sites. The solution must be based on a core product but allow for significant configuration and customization, including custom scripting and coding, to meet individual school requirements. The system will perform integrated library system (ILS) conversion, facilitate data transfer, cleanup and conversion, and be deployed and integrated with schools that purchase the package.
The cloud-hosted solution must feature a single, common database and unified user interface for all functions, support single sign-on integration, and include system-provided email capabilities. Virtualization support and the ability to handle cloud configuration and updates are required. Vendors must also provide troubleshooting and basic support capabilities, enabling simple issues to be addressed without contacting vendor support staff directly. The contract will be awarded for a three-year period. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 25, 2026, and a pre-proposal conference is scheduled for March 16, 2026.
