(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted leave administration system.– Comprehensive system to assist in the administration of employee leaves.– Agency–level configuration to accommodate unique business requirements.– Centralized management of all types of employee absences that ensures alignment to the state’s system of record, workday.– Secure data storage and transmission compliant with federal and state cybersecurity standards.– Scalable hosting in a cloud environment.– Capability for multi–factor authentication and single sign–on integration.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 26,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
