A Request for Information (RFI) is being issued for the provision of a human resources integration solution. The preferred solution will be a comprehensive Commercial–Off–The–Shelf (COTS) HR platform delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS). It should include a single database system and a common data model that supports several HR functional modules, with minimal need for code customization, to meet most of the Department’s requirements.
The solution must be capable of integrating with PeopleSoft Payroll and custom-developed systems for budget management and financial planning and analysis. Additionally, integration with the Learn soft Learning Management System (LMS) for professional development and learning management is required. Vendors are advised to submit all questions by March 2, 2026.
