Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted electronic health record system. Acquire an Electronic Health Records (EHR) system for the storage, processing, and securing. Maintain and enhance the existing efficiencies: ensuring increased access to necessary patient health records and sustaining the current robust foundation for patient health records. Must have both options available, an on–premises solution and a cloud hosted system. The contract period will be for five years.
