The Town of Alberta seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-hosted electronic agenda and meeting management software solution. The software must be user-friendly, commercially available, and supported by an established company with a proven track record of successful municipal government implementations.
The platform will facilitate Council and Committee agenda creation, management, communication, and collaboration, with integration capabilities for existing archives, AV equipment, and the municipal website. Features include digital report creation, customizable agenda templates, formatting tools, robust security controls, full and partial package navigation, and email notifications for internal and external users.
The solution should support customizable workflows, editable controls, security overrides, access tracking and history, staff task generation and progress tracking from meeting minutes, and automated web posting with indexing.
