The platform will facilitate Council and Committee agenda creation, management, communication, and collaboration, with integration capabilities for existing archives, AV equipment, and the municipal website. Features include digital report creation, customizable agenda templates, formatting tools, robust security controls, full and partial package navigation, and email notifications for internal and external users.

The solution should support customizable workflows, editable controls, security overrides, access tracking and history, staff task generation and progress tracking from meeting minutes, and automated web posting with indexing. Compatibility with online meeting platforms for video hosting, public access to agendas, minutes, and meeting videos, and additional user enhancement features are also required.
