The university is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-hosted Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution tailored to enhance and manage interactions with its students, who are considered the institution's primary customers. The system should be designed to improve the student experience across the entire student lifecycle, thereby advancing key institutional objectives such as increased enrollment, improved retention, and strengthened alumni engagement and contributions.

The CRM must integrate with the university’s existing document management system (OnBase), email and collaboration platforms (Google Workspace and Microsoft 365), and employ various data analysis tools including Power BI, TOAD, and Tableau. Compatibility with emerging data warehouse tools such as Snowflake and Informatica is also required. The solution should unify student data to support effective communication and marketing campaigns, enable proactive and personalized engagement, and consistently reflect the university brand. In addition, the platform should improve process efficiency for employees by streamlining workflows and reducing staff workload.

This contract is intended to span five years. Questions related to this RFP must be submitted by April 2, 2026.
