New Mexico counties are seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-hosted court case management software solution. The software may be delivered as an on-premise, hybrid, or fully hosted system, provided it is developed, owned, and operated by the contractor. Compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations is required for all proposed solutions.

Key functionality must include case status tracking, notifications, reminders, document filing and linking, hearing scheduling, docket management, decision and judgement entry, electronic document filing, document indexing and tagging, and court calendar generation. Features should also support automated calendar reminders, text message notifications for court appointments, fee calculation and tracking, and integration with payment gateways.

Authorized county users must be able to securely access the software via internet browsers on local personal computers. Solutions that include a transition between on-premise and hybrid or hosted architectures will also be considered, based on the vendor’s product roadmap.
