(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted court case management software. • Provide for county an on–premise, hybrid, or hosted solution, developed, owned, and operated by contractor that complies with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations to provide court case management. • Should Offeror’s product roadmap include a transition from On–Premise to a Hybrid or Hosted Solution. • Authorized County users should, at a minimum, be able to access the Software via local personal computer (PC)–based internet browsers and the internet through secure internet connections and protocols • Case status tracking, notifications and reminders • Document filing and linking • Hearing scheduling and updates, docket management • Decision and judgement entry • Electronic document filing • Document indexing and tagging • Court calendar generation • Automated calendar reminders • Texting from the system as a reminder of court appointments to defendants • Fee calculation and tracking • Integration with payment getaways (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 28, 2025.
