The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive, cloud-hosted Content Services Platform (CSP) delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. The CSP must support enterprise content management, workflow automation, case management, and intelligent capture functionalities across healthcare, academic, and public sector operations within all System institutions. Required capabilities include integration with industry-standard platforms such as Epic (EMR), Workday, Oracle, and Salesforce (ERP/CRM/EMR).

Vendors will be responsible for end-to-end implementation support, including system design, configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment. Comprehensive administrator and end-user training and onboarding are also required. The solution must offer a suite of integrated services and applications with common APIs and repositories, as well as a mobile-responsive web interface compatible with iOS and Android devices. The contract period is set for three years. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for April 15, 2026, and questions may be submitted until April 21, 2026.
