(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted computer assisted mass appraisal software. • Computer–Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) software system to support the valuation of approximately 34,000 account. • New system must integrate seamlessly with, or fully replace, existing workflows and provide enhanced efficiency, accuracy, and compliance • Public–facing website with mobile–responsive design with user–friendly & extensive property search tools & report generation • Enabling seamless integration with other county systems including – GIS, Clerk & Recorder’s records management software (GovOS), and Tyler–Eagle Treasurer. • Provide a Mobile or Field Collection module that is an intuitive and user–friendly interface for efficient field–based data collection & account updating • AI–powered data analysis and anomaly detection to improve valuation accuracy, including integrated MRA processing, graph generation & reporting • Automated workflows utilizing AI for process optimization • Dynamic system adaptability to accommodate legislative changes • Lightweight, offline mobile application for appraisers to collect data, photos, and generate field sketches with intelligent automation and AR capabilities • Data validation and integrity checks, including AI–assisted error detection and correction • Maintenance and support for the public–facing web portal • Technical and GIS Considerations and Recommendations (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 17, 2025.
