(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud computing strategy services.– professional services to assist the office of technology with the development of a cloud computing strategy, with particular reference to disaster recovery.– At present has a mixed cloud strategy that is based on a mixture of OCI, Microsoft Azure, GCP, and locally stored files.– Contractor selected shall provide direction for these services as lacks the internal talent to develop such a model.– This initiative is imperative as cloud prices and costs are increasing, more products are being bound to specific cloud providers; thus, a strategy is required so as not to trap in a wrong path moving into the future.– Seeks a vendor with abilities in working with multiple cloud providers as well as disaster recovery and backups.– Strategy should also include security systems within cloud environments.– Review existing infrastructure and environment.– Identify recommended standards, diagrams, procedures, and an analysis of current state.– Develop cloud architecture and strategy leveraging best practices.– Design environment setup (subscriptions, resource groups, networking), including subscription and price recommendations.– Design possible identity and access management strategies.– Design business continuity strategy.– Environment must integrate and support migration of on–premise systems.– Develop a proof of concept and pilot plan that involves minimal risk and a specified timeline and roadmap.– Provide a detailed project plan as part of the strategy recommendations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 2, 2026.
