DESCRIPTION


The Province of British Columbia is seeking a secure, highly available, configurable cloud-based software-as-a-service computer-aided dispatch solution and related services to support end-to-end wildfire and other incident dispatch operations. The solution is expected to enable resource coordination, operational visibility, and situational awareness across incident management activities.

The required services include software, hosting, configuration, implementation, integration, testing, data migration, training, documentation, support, maintenance, updates, upgrades, business continuity, disaster recovery, and transition-out services. The solution should also provide mobile and/or offline-capable field applications with synchronization, mapping and operational visualization, incident response and lifecycle management, safety monitoring, access and configuration controls, resource management and dispatch, and integration and interoperability capabilities.
