(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based water technical access portal.– Implementation of the WaterTAP solution, software licensing and maintenance, and optional postimplementation services.– Seeking Salesforce as a cloud–based SaaS solution (WaterTAP) that will be an enterprise–level data system, developed to address current and future information and business needs.– WaterTAP must support a secure system to intake documentation, certifications, compliance forms, and data from public water systems; determine, compliance document generation, and recordkeeping; facilitate data–driven decision making and provide automated data publication.– Include an overarching architecture to connect existing foundational data systems as well as integrate new data systems from disparate spreadsheets to databases currently used, into a single, cohesive system to streamline information access for internal staff and external stakeholders.– User interfaces (web, mobile, or desktop applications) that will interact with the backend system, including how the frontend systems will communicate with the APIs.– User interface provide instructions and an intuitive structure.– Workflow automation for the use cases that reduces manual and paper workflow and that is easily adaptable for change and configuration.– Ability to track user activity around reports and visualizations.– Ability to create custom reports.– Supports data and document submissions, workflow routing, and compliance decision support.– Maintain an overarching architecture to connect existing foundational data systems.– Integrate new data systems from disparate spreadsheets to databases currently used, into a single, cohesive system.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 8, 2025.(3) A pre–bid conference will be held on December 2, 2025.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
