Vendor needs to provide cloud–based water customer web portal and notification system.– Support simple and secure login methods that minimize steps for residents.– Approaches that eliminate the need to remember usernames and passwords are preferred, such as one tap or link–based access.– Water customers can request a secure access link or initiate a simple login at any time.– Current and historical water use with clear visual trends.– Billing context and bill impact education.– Leak alerts with guidance to fix common issues– Eligibility indicators for rebates and programs.– Notices, events, and resources from the agency.– Send and receive messages through SMS, email, and web chat.– Optional automated voice calls and printed mailers for water customers without digital contact information.– Interfaces are intuitive for both staff and residents on mobile and desktop.(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 26, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
