Vendor needs to provide cloud–based VoIP phone consultant system. Provide consulting services to determine if it is feasible for Foothill Transit to migrate to a cloud based phone system. Consultant to evaluate the agency’s current on-premise phone system, including related services such as phones lines and phone system features, to determine if migrating to the cloud–based system is feasible and makes fiscal sense. If migrating to a cloud–based system is feasible, the consultant will help develop a scope of work, assist with the procurement, implementation, and decommissioning of the current on–premise phone system and related services. The consultant will assist agency with the implementation of the chosen cloud–based phone system. Assess network readiness for cloud–based system LAN and WAN capacity, configuration, firewall and compatibility, and redundancy and failover. All questions must be submitted no later than February 25, 2026.
