The desired platform must facilitate the electronic preparation, submission, tracking, and management of claims, supporting a streamlined workflow for veteran service operations.

Key requirements include cloud-based or hosted software licensing, comprehensive configuration and implementation services, and seamless integration with the Stakeholder Enterprise Portal (SEP) and the Veterans Benefits Management System (VBMS). The software must adhere to current electronic filing standards, offer automated claim status updates, and feature built-in error detection and validation mechanisms.
