The project seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based venue and event management system to replace the current platform. The required solution must support functionalities such as commercial event booking, revenue management, event reporting, customer relationship management, event management, real-time inventory control, task management, exhibitor management, payment schedules, contracting, as well as an integrated website calendar and invoicing system.

The sought-after system should be provided as Software as a Service (SaaS), ensuring scalability, reliability, and accessibility. Preference will be given to fully integrated applications, though proposals for multiple applications that operate together seamlessly will also be considered. Successful implementation will enable streamlined processes for the venue's operational and financial management.
