(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based turnkey enterprise asset management and enterprise resource management system. – Provide a comprehensive, cloud–based enterprise asset management (EAM) and enterprise resource management (ERM) system. The resulting contract will include software licensing, configuration, implementation, data migration, integration services, training, documentation, and ongoing technical support necessary to deploy a fully operational enterprise system. A cloud–hosted EAM and ERM platform that supports asset lifecycle management, preventive maintenance, work orders, inventory, procurement, contracts, budgeting, financial management, and project tracking. Providing comprehensive training for mechanics, parts staff, supervisors, managers, finance staff, procurement staff, and IT administrators. Ensuring the system meets all cybersecurity, hosting, and data protection requirements, including multi–factor authentication, encryption, audit logging, and secure APIs. Integrating the system with agency existing IT systems, including finance and accounting, timekeeping, telematics and safety management systems. Migrating all required legacy data, including assets, work orders, history, inventory, vendor records, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, projects, and financial records. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 5, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 12, 2026.
