A New York agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a cloud-based, turnkey Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) system. The solution must include comprehensive software licensing, configuration, implementation, data migration, integration services, user training, documentation, and ongoing technical support to ensure a fully operational enterprise platform.

The desired EAM and ERM platform should support a broad range of functions, including asset lifecycle management, preventive maintenance, work orders, inventory, procurement, contract administration, budgeting, financial management, and project tracking. It is essential that the system integrates with existing agency IT systems such as finance and accounting, timekeeping, and telematics and safety management systems. Migration of all relevant legacy data—covering assets, work order history, inventory, vendor records, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, projects, and financial records—is required.

The vendor must provide extensive training for various agency staff, including mechanics, parts staff, supervisors, managers, finance and procurement personnel, and IT administrators. Additionally, the system must comply with all cybersecurity and data protection standards, featuring multi-factor authentication, encryption, audit logging, and secure APIs.
