Vendor needs to provide cloud–based tree inventory software.– Tree inventory software, public tree data collection, and urban forest management plan development tailored.– Provide and implement a secure, cloud–based, web–accessible tree inventory data management software system designed for long–term use.– The system must support secure single sign–on authentication compatible with the existing identity management platform.– The software provider must maintain SOC 2 Type II certification or an equivalent third–party security audit and provide documentation upon request.– Encrypted data, documented cybersecurity practices, and regular vulnerability testing.– GIS–based tree mapping and data visualization.– Mobile, web–based, or cloud functionality allowing in–field access and updates.– Work order creation, tracking, and export capability.
