The State of Missouri is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a cloud-based Transportation Demand Management (TDM) software solution. This platform must offer robust ride-matching and multimodal trip planning functionalities, accessible via both a modern, responsive website and native mobile applications for iOS and Android. Vendors must have demonstrated experience serving the government sector and be able to deliver software that can be tailored to align with the branding and content requirements of WAY TO GO.

Key requirements include a user-friendly, ADA-compliant website (meeting WCAG 2.2 level AA or higher) hosted domestically with a reputable provider, native mobile apps as standalone entities, and the ability for customization. The solution must feature an API for integration with third-party regional multimodal transportation aggregator applications. Additional technical capabilities should include integration with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, comprehensive website and user analytics for administrators, targeted email and text messaging to users, event-based single trip matching, and support for report and data export compatible with Microsoft Office applications. Integration capabilities with external fitness and mapping apps (such as Google/FitBit, Map MyRide, Strava, etc.) and native Spanish language translation for both app and desktop interfaces are also required.
