A public sector client in British Columbia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a replacement for its current UKG Workforce Central (WFC) system with a cloud-based time scheduler software solution. The selected platform must demonstrate the capability to support both immediate needs and future scalability requirements.

The vendor will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, including provisioning total cost of ownership (TCO) details, implementing the new platform, and migrating all existing pay rules, reports, and relevant data from the current UKG WFC environment. Key responsibilities also include developing and implementing necessary integrations, most critically between the new platform's payroll functionality and JDE. The scope further involves leading discovery sessions, functional and user acceptance testing (UAT), implementing Single Sign On (SSO), and supporting security assessments, including audits, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), and Security Threat and Risk Assessments (STRAs).
