Vendor needs to provide cloud–based time scheduler software replacement solution. Software platform must have the appropriate demonstrated capacity to support this future phase; manage the overall project; provide TCO for proposed platform; implement the new platform; migrate all pay rules, reports, and all other relevant data from UKG WFC; development and implementation of integrations (Example, platform payroll to JDE is critical); lead any necessary discovery sessions; lead functional and UAT testing; implement Single Sign On; assist with security assessments, auditing, PIAs, and STRAs; cutover support and hyper care when moving to new system. All questions must be submitted no later than Feb 26, 2026.
