The scope includes, but is not limited to, notification software and systems, electronic and online ticketing systems, technology-based voting systems, and management software and related services. Additionally, offerings may include internet and network security solutions, computer-based educational systems, new and refurbished computers, printers, scanners, cameras, surveillance equipment running over networks, network and wireless equipment and services, as well as WAN and LAN infrastructure, and fiber access or use.

Vendors are also encouraged to provide software as a service (SaaS), general software solutions, and internet services. This opportunity is suitable for technology providers with experience in delivering a wide array of IT and cloud-based solutions designed to support public sector operations.
