DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide an intuitive and flexible cloud-based syllabus software solution. The selected platform must be delivered as a SaaS and accessible to faculty and staff for authoring and reviewing syllabi, as well as to students and the public for viewing. Key requirements include seamless integration with systems such as Student Information Systems (SIS), curriculum and catalog management systems, learning management systems, and access to previous syllabi.

The system should enhance compliance with state requirements, accreditation, accessibility, and institutional policies by centralizing syllabus creation and storage. Syllabus content must be available on each class section's SIS and LMS page and reflect real-time updates. Additional features sought include analytics and reporting tools, as well as the standardization of syllabus templates and required content. The contract term is set for three years.
