Vendor needs to provide cloud–based strategic management software. This platform will enable University leadership to effectively track and report on progress in implementing institution–wide strategic plans and complementary unit–specific action plans. Automated email alerts and reminders to notify users of changes, deadlines, or required updates. Email–based access to updates (no login required) through personalized landing pages. Fully compatible with Google Workspace (including Gmail) and Microsoft 365 (including Outlook and Teams). Ability to consolidate multiple strategic and action plans into a single, enterprise–wide platform. Customizable dashboards for both executive leadership and front–line users. User–specific dashboards that do not affect other users’ views. Ability to filter dashboards by plan, user, status, alignment, or tags. Ability to store and display performance metrics linked to plan items, including visualizations of progress or regression over time.
