The city seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive, out-of-the-box cloud-based stormwater asset management software solution. The system must centralize stormwater data management and facilitate the implementation of the stormwater management program across engineering, operations and maintenance, and regulatory compliance teams.

Key requirements include seamless integration with the city's GIS database for spatial visualization of assets, a mobile-responsive interface for field operations with real-time data synchronization, and compatibility with the city’s Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment. The software should offer data validation and quality control mechanisms, an interactive Esri ArcGIS-based mapping component, compliance tracking tools with alerts, and analytical features to summarize inspection results and track program effectiveness. Additionally, intuitive, mobile-friendly forms for visual trash assessments are expected, including full offline capability.

The contract period will be five years. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by April 30, 2026.
