(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based short–term rental registry and occupancy tax collection SaaS solution.– The solution provides a user–friendly online portal with web and mobile–friendly interfaces, using Windows, Android and Apple (iOS) operating systems, for operators to register their hotel and Short–term rental unit.– The solution must include enforcement tools for use by the county to monitor operator violations and revoke non–compliant permits.– The solution must automate occupancy tax collection and remittance tracking.– Solution must compile a listing of all Hotels and short–term rentals not registered.– Solution must mail letter notifications to unregistered operators and owners.– Solution must provide the County with a copy of the letter and an Excel list of the unregistered properties.– Solution securely stores data and controls user access based on county roles.– The solution provides the ability for the operator to complete the tax return, upload supporting documentation as well as print the tax return.– The solution must provide the ability to import/export information either directly or by downloading and uploading data.– Solution must automatically generate and send reports per county specifications to appropriately identified county officials.(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
